Social Media Specialist

The Social Media Specialist manages social media accounts for SR Social Media Management, Inc., business clients.

Responsibilities include:

• creating social media strategies

• researching, curating and publishing content

• writing monthly editorial calendars

• engaging with advocates, influencers, and customers on social media

• providing social customer care in collaboration with clients

• proposing and executing social media ad campaigns and other promotional campaigns

• reporting social media analytics

• working with content creators on our team

Superior communication, writing, time management, and customer service skills are required. Attention to detail is important. Applicants must have first-hand experience with using social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.; and they must have at least three years' experience in social media marketing for business. Previous customer service experience in retail, food & beverage, and/or hospitality industry is a plus. Must be fluent in English. Spanish language fluency not required, but preferred.
